How to buy anime merch from Japan (2026)

Most anime goods never leave Japan. Store exclusives, lottery prizes, event merchandise — the shops that sell them ship inside Japan only.

Why you can't just buy it

Where it stops

  1. The shop ships inside Japan only
  2. Checkout needs a Japanese address and often a Japanese phone number
  3. Lottery prizes and event goods are never posted at all

The shops

Where to find it

Every link goes to the shop's own site, and I checked each one loads. Shops not listed here are usually fine too — if it's a Japanese site, I can probably buy from it.
